Organization" shall mean BRIGHT AID FOR TANZANIA CHILD BATC (Name of the Organization);

"Board" shall mean Board of Directors of the Organization;

"Office bearers" shall mean CHAIPERSON, EXECUTIVE SECRETARY , TREASURER .
