Arriving to Italy was a bit challenging, but at the same time it was a great opportunity to learn The biggest contributor to my sucsessful learning was the school of cast alimenty. Cast Alimenti was without a doubt the best culinary school out of three I have attended, but what made it even better was the level of ethic morale the Teachers, staff, and student have towards the term " Italian Cuisine". In addition Cast Alementi was a school with a high level of technology, its machines and style of cooking was very modern, but at the same time keeping it traditional. In addition all the way from produce, to meats to cheeses, Cast Alimenti provided for us the top quality. Overall the experience at Cast, Impecable.

What would you improve about this program?

This progrm needs no improvement.

This school is very up to date in terms of technology in food production. Cast Alimenti is highly equipped and all the classrooms are very clean and organized. The staff was very accomodating and they treated us wonderful. The chef's were very knowledgeable as well as the lab assistants. The classes that we took lasted a week and we learned a lot of different techniques and dishes. Italian culture is very beautiful and simple. This program has taught me to appreciate organic ingredients and simple cooking.

The staff at Cast are always friendly and happy to help with any situation. The assistants that were assigned to my course were more than happy to go above and beyond to help my class. Being the first American group, I was shocked at how welcoming the Chefs and staff were. The amount of talent at this school from the students to the chefs makes for a really humbling experience. It is with great honor that I highly recommend this school to anyone who has a passion for Italian cuisine.

my time at cast has been truly amazing. they really know how to make cooking fun and have vast knowledge of all the products they use! the teachers were very intelligent and could answer every question thrown at them. I have learned so much more about quality and the raw materials and the oders in which to use them. There are some extremely talented people here and i would absolutely love to come back and learn more of what this school has to offer!
