What is your favorite travel memory?
Travelling for business purpose. Recently, I went to UAE for the launch of Chipkoo Labs Workforce Solution at the very top of Burj Khalif.
Being engaged effectively across the organisation in developing product as well as handling all the communications with the external and internal stakeholders.
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
Being the most youngest yet pro active team member in Chipkoo Team, I sometimes feel hard to voice my thoughts but my boss is one of most kindest person on earth to hear me out every time I get ideas and improvement suggestions. As part of my role, I am currently working awarding bodies, Business to Business Sales and Business to Consumer Sales. I came out from my comfort zone and played key role in improving business development activities. Due to my exceptional efforts we are worth more than $5 million.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
Yamna Yahya as an undergraduate student, engaged effectively across the organisation in creating new revenue streams and handling all the communications with the external and internal stakeholders. As an appreciation, she became HR Business Partner from HR Analyst within two months’ time of her joining.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
I would surely choose Remote Internship Programme by Chipkoo because the Internship content (or framework) draws heavily on the work of 60+ Professional bodies i.e., NACE, CIPD, Department for Business Innovation and Skills (U.K.), Department for Education (U.K.), PRCA, InternQube, British Council Prospects (U.K.) etc. As the transformation takes place in the workplace today, employer-valued skills are the things with which we can survive.
