CiMEC Shanghai

Founded in 2006, Crystal International Multi-culture Exchange Center (CiMEC) has specialized in internship and study abroad programs. Since 2010 CiMEC has been gradually developing and transferring its focus to the Cultural Ambassador Program, which attracted over 300 of western youth to come and live with host families in China. They learn Chinese and experience Chinese food, tutor the kids in English or other languages. They also travel with the families, attend cultural events with peers from various countries. When the program is completed, the Cultural Ambassadors bring home their friendships and unique experiences from China.
