Cloud Forest School

We are one of the few private non-profit schools in Costa Rica. Our goal is to be a creative, inclusive, prosperous, and sustainable education center, which through partnerships and as part of the community, provides a well-rounded, nature-based education. Our students are from PreK-6th grade, of which 85% are local, with 55% receiving scholarships.
Our visitors have the opportunity to really immerse themselves in a linguistic and cultural experience. We follow the North American Calendar with semesters beginning in August and January.

We are in the North Central mountains of Costa Rica, Monteverde. In 44 hectares (106 acres) of land with amazing cloud forest and about 110 acres of trails to explore.
