The Best centre of English Language in Erbil, I suggest to learn in English with Collins Institute of English in Erbil Shorsh, they really focus on the Speaking Activities.
Frankly, one of the best institute I have seen in Erbil . They are specialized in this field, the courses are highly beneficial. Above all they are friendly.
Very helpful and friendly staff. The overall atmosphere is much better the English Institute.
