Why choose Destiny Orphanage School?
Founded in 2012 after witnessing that a growing number of under-privileged children were left unattended on the local streets due to parents or guardians being unable to afford to pay the government school fees. The orphanage school has now grown to become a beacon of light within our local community: we are currently in the full-time care and supervision of 27 young orphaned children from Arusha, and provide teaching for around 100 pupils aged between 4 and 12 years, where we also incorporate practical life skills that are designed to help gain rightful employment long after the children have completed their normal school education. Believing that decent education is a birthright whatever a child's background, and that every young person has unique creative potential just waiting to be unlocked, our vision became a reality in assisting to release each young persons energy enabling them to contribute back into their local community and to enrich the lives of everyone in the country.
