EEA and Norway Grants

Through the EEA and Norway Grants, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway help to reduce economic and social disparities in Europe and strengthen cooperation with 15 EU member states.

The EEA and Norway Grants are linked to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA), which makes Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway partners in the internal market with the 28 EU member states. The EEA countries share common values and responsibility with other European countries to promote equality of opportunity, tolerance, security, environmental sustainability and a decent standard of living for all.
