EFC English Centre

Hello, my name's Pham but you can call me Mr.T. I started this English centre two and a half years ago. My main goal is to help our local community, providing them with LOW COST or FREE classes. I also want to create an environment of cultural exchange for our students. Haiphong is a city with a small number of tourists, so people don’t have many opportunities to practice their English.

The volunteers will teach English for 10 - 15h a week, in exchange for authentic Vietnamese food and accommodation. The students range from young kids to adults, with varying proficiency levels. We also provide some charity classes for poor children in a local fishing village near Hai Phong.

Most of our classes take place in local public schools and in our centre. We also arrange more casual private classes outside of our centre and the schools.
We can offer a FREE VISA invitation letter (3 months single entry) for people who can stay for at least 2 months.
