European Training and Research Centre

The European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy was set up in 1999 as a non-profit association. Its goals is to conduct research and training programs on human rights, democracy, and the rule of law working closely with the University of Graz. The ETC puts on training programs for civil servants, the police, army, as well as for members of international organizations and NGOs in Austria and abroad.

In order to educate and advocate for human rights, ETC works on training, education, promotion of research projects, development of resources, international cooperation in network and projects, and consultancy and support.
