Forest and Agroforestry Promoters (FAP)

Forest and Agroforestry Promoters ( FAP NGO) was created 2001 and legalized with the government of Cameroon on the 9th of March 2004 with reference number: 137/E31/067/SCAB.

FAP’s mission is to actively promote the sustainable and responsible management, conservation, and restoration of natural ecosystems and wetland resources in Cameroon, ensuring long-term environmental health, biodiversity conservation and the well-being of local communities.

Our Vision: To be a leading force in Cameroon’s sustainable development by promoting inclusive natural resource management, empowering local communities—especially women, youth, and vulnerable groups—and fostering harmony between people and nature through sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, and conflict-sensitive conservation practices.

Our believe: We believe in a future where nature thrives and communities flourish and through sustainable practices, we restore ecosystems and empower people.
