Foundation for Sustainable Growth and Research

Foundation for Sustainable Growth and Research (FSGR) is a grassroots non-profit organization based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. We work with rural communities to improve the lives of women and children through nutrition programs, menstrual health awareness, early childhood education, and community development initiatives. What makes us unique is our focus on combining social impact with cultural exchange, allowing volunteers to learn directly from local communities while contributing meaningfully. Our projects include reusable sanitary pad distribution, activity-based learning for young children, health awareness campaigns, and visits to traditional wellness and rural development initiatives. At FSGR, we believe that sustainable change begins with compassion, participation, and shared learning.
