What is your favorite travel memory?

My favorite travel memory is Albi, in the south of France. I remember the cheeses and wines from there. Simple things - but very special. The region has a calm and authentic feel that stays with you. Tasting local cheeses and wines made the trip memorable. It’s not about big adventures but small pleasures that linger in your mind. That’s why Albi stands out for me.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I am still the same. I haven’t changed much. I believe in staying true to myself. The company fits well with who I am, so I continue doing what I do best. Sometimes growth is quiet and steady, and that’s fine with me. I focus on consistency and delivering the best teaching I can, without losing my core self.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The best story I’ve heard is that students remember my teaching method. That means a lot to me because it shows they learned something valuable. It’s not just about language but how they learned it. When a student comes back and talks about the method, it means I made a lasting impression, and that makes me proud.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would choose Pilar’s Spanish Homestay Immersion Program in Valencia. Staying in her home offers a true immersive experience where language learning goes beyond the classroom. One unique part is cooking traditional paella with Pilar, which helps students practice Spanish in a natural setting while connecting with local culture. Along with visits to landmarks like the Cathedral and Plaza de la Virgen, this hands-on approach deepens learning and makes the experience memorable. It combines comfort, culture, and real-life practice, making it a fantastic program.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

The cornerstone of our distinctiveness lies in the unwavering trust we share. Trust transforms a group of individuals into a cohesive unit—when you have confidence in your colleagues, collaboration becomes seamless and ideas flow freely. I’m proud each day to be part of a team where mutual respect and reliability foster a nurturing atmosphere in which everyone can excel.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

The single most influential element driving an organization’s achievements is teamwork. When individuals unite around shared objectives, collaborate closely, and support one another through challenges, innovation flourishes and productivity soars. No one can tackle every task alone; the collective energy, diverse strengths, and mutual encouragement of a dedicated team truly lays the groundwork for lasting success and meaningful progress.
