HGL is a registered non-governmental organization operating in Rwanda. We support vulnerable children, youth, women, and families to build resilient and self-reliant communities. HGL implements programs to empower vulnerable individuals and families, many of whom continue to face challenges stemming from the lasting impact of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
