ITBA Physics II Review

The staff was very helpful and involved in the program. I also appreciated Professor Mauro because he taught clearly and was willing to help students. I also liked how they provided us with meriendas in the morning, and the study spaces were clean and comfortable. I do wish there was more integration with the local students because they kept all the U.S. students together which was nice but it felt difficult to meet any locals. The peer mentoring program was something I remember being an option, but honestly I forgot about this, so maybe if they could stress the program more it could help.

Review of ITBA Summer Program

ITBA is one of the best technological schools in South America, and it was such an honor to take a class there and be a part of the student body. The class was very high quality and exceeded my expectations. I was also able to join a student led group for futbol, which I really enjoyed. I lived with family that I had there, so my living situation was different than others in the program, and I used a lot of public transit. The staff was also very kind, and I felt very welcomed. Overall I recommend this program to everyone!

What is your advice to future travelers on this program?
I think you should make friends with the other students at the school that are not part of your program. I feel like it can be easy for people to get stuck in their group, but it's even more fun if you reach out and meet new people, everyone I met was very kind.
