Paso Adelante

Paso Adelante is a Guatemalan organization that connects foreign experts with local community projects. We combine intensive Spanish learning and project-based internships to equip interns with the tools and experiences needed to advance their career in Latin America. Our projects range from civil engineering projects to urban design to biology and wildlife conservation and are designed for students or young professionals with expertise in these fields to manage and execute in conjunction with community leaders.
