Perspective South

Perspective South’s immersion programs connect participants directly with local communities, institutions, lived realities across the Global South, and unmatched encounters in picturesque Sri Lanka. Through curated, on-the-ground engagement, participants gain a deeper understanding of complex social and cultural dynamics while exploring the island. The experience was created to foster a strong sense of purpose and help participants to deeply understand their place and purpose in today's world. The experiences and experts they encounter on the program will also likely guide them later in their academic tenure, of fields to specialize in and areas of Global South study they may be drawn to.
