Providing Education To Everyone

PETE (Providing Education To Everyone) is a not-for-profit NGO based in Delhi, India, providing free education and a safe environment to children in the slums. As well as a kindergarten and primary school, PETE runs a vocational school for women, empowering them by teaching skills they can use to make a living. Through its organised slum walks and other city tours, PETE aims to both increase awareness and raise funds to maintain its schools. PETE also runs a charitable project in the Uttrakhand mountains which supports local artists and supports the activities of rural communities.
