Ramah Israel

Ramah Israel is the Israeli arm of the Ramah Movement and is guided by the seven core values of Ramah: Self-esteem of every individual; Character development; Jewish learning; Jewish identity and community; Jewish observance; Zionism; and Hebrew.

Ramah Israel builds educational experiences with organized groups and individuals from a broad range of Jewish backgrounds and communities. We strive to emphasize the foundations of Israel within the Jewish tradition against the backdrop of modern Jewish statehood.

The Ramah experience builds a sense of a safe community and creates a long-lasting, powerful impact on individuals, families, and congregations. We encourage the development of a personal understanding of one’s Jewishness and an individually meaningful relationship with Israel and the Jewish people.
