What is your favorite travel memory?

In mid-2022, I went on vacation to Bangkok with my family. We enjoyed the friendliness of the locals, tasted traditional food and snacks, bought souvenirs for my family, and visited tourist attractions in Bangkok such as Wat Arun and Chatuchak Market. I was very happy with the simple culture there.

In late 2023, I also traveled to Yogyakarta and Malang, to catch up with friends and family while exploring the Indonesian island of Java. These experiences were memorable as they allowed me to connect with loved ones while enjoying the beauty and culture of these places.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Since joining RMC Asia, I have grown both professionally and personally. Working at this dynamic company has expanded my knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry and improved my digital marketing skills. I have also become more organized and effective at working within an international team. This experience has boosted my confidence and prepared me to face new challenges.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

One of the best stories I've heard from a return student was about their internship at a 5-star hotel in Thailand. They shared how the program not only provided valuable work experience but also gave them the opportunity to learn a new language and culture. They appreciated the support and guidance from the RMC Asia team throughout the program, which helped them grow and develop professionally. The stories from the participants' experiences further build our passion as RMC Asia team to provide the best services and benefits.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would select the Hospitality & Business Internship in Vietnam. I love Vietnam and am eager to experience its culture while gaining work experience. This program also offers sufficient benefits such as allowance, local transportation, accommodation and many more. I wouldn't have to worry about the visa either, as the RMC Asia team would assist me with preparation and even provide opportunities to benefit from visa sponsorship. Therefore, there would be no doubts for me in gaining internship experience while enjoying a vacation and experiencing another country's culture.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

RMC Asia is unique because of its focus on cultural exchange and international work experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors. We not only help participants gain professional experience but also enrich them with deep cultural understanding. I am especially proud of our team when we successfully organize complex exchange programs and see our participants return with positive stories of growth and learning. The commitment and teamwork in ensuring every participant has the best experience make me extremely proud.
