Sapa O'Chau

Sapa O'chau is a community development project working with the tribal communities of Sapa district, offering employment, support and education.

Our social enterprise (the first minority owned international tour agency in Vietnam!) offers employment and training to disadvantaged young people from the local tribes, and we use the profits to fund our residential English school.

We work with volunteers from all over the world, and have created a vibrant volunteer culture within our organization. We are supported by volunteers in every aspect of our organization; from teaching English, to creative projects, to administrative support. This ongoing collaboration has resulted in a rich and rapidly growing development project, and a healthy not-for-profit business.
