Sol Au Pairs is a small, independent Australian au pair agency built around care, trust, and genuine connection. We work closely with au pairs from all over the world to help them find safe, supportive host families where they can feel at home, valued, and confident in their role. We take the time to really get to know each au pair and each family, focusing on compatibility, clear expectations, and open communication.
