Southern Institute of Technology

Southern Institute of Technology is one of New Zealand’s largest institutes of technology, with 13,131 students in 2018, including around 1,843 International students. Established in 1971, SIT has since become famous for its Zero Fees Scheme. SIT provides globally recognised qualifications with a focus on applied learning, giving our students the skills and capabilities to be work ready on graduation.
