Stockholms Filmskola

Stockholms Filmskola (Stockholm Film School), founded in 1984, is non-profit school that is purely dedicated to focus on creative filmmaking. We offer both foundation programmes as well as short courses within the six specific disciplines such as script writing, directing, cinematography, editing, sound and production.

Stockholm Film School has more than 30 years of experience of teaching future successful filmmakers. Our model is to connect the great importance of storytelling to the six main disciplines. This is what gives our students a holistic knowledge and understanding of filmmaking and its process.

Stockholm Film School is run by a non-profit association. We are proud of the students' influence and that our students have representatives on the board meetings. Together with the association and the students we develop the school we want to have today and in the future.
