Swasti's vision of enriching the workforce has been growing to consider worker well-being as the broader agenda for greater and sustainable impact. Today, we reaffirm our commitment towards comprehensive worker well-being (WWB), and through our WWB framework, we aim to achieve improved health, improved relationships, improved confidence, improved financial security, improved social security and improved living conditions for workers. We also seek to look at impacting business outcomes, enhancing worker ownership and promoting ethical business practices, to place the worker in a secure and encouraging work space and environment.
