The course was relaxed and effective. The trainers clearly had years of experience. I was nervous about being a student again, but that was stamped out in the first day. The trainer was very charismatic, a bit hypo maybe, but he was very helpful and flexible. They always made sure I could ask any questions anytime and sat with me one to one when ever I needed it. After the course they placed me in one of their schools which I am still working for. Very happy overall.

What is your favorite travel memory?

Being lost in Thailand not knowing more than 10 words of Thai, on a bus with chickens and goats heading in the completely wrong direction for 5 hours before being dropped of at the edge of a jungle and being told to "wait here, you wait here" I was literally off the beaten track and lost.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Well this aspect of the company is in it's first year, so I haven't had a great deal of time to grow, but if I was to highlight a significant change I would say that I have learnt how different, yet how similar people taking on this course actually are. It is great to see complete strangers form friendships and celebrate their achievements together on our boat cruise graduation.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

One of our trainees was a nervous wreck! He was pale at the thought of going into an actual lesson and teaching real students. When he had completed the training and teaching practice I asked him how he kept his cool and didn't seem at all nervous! He replied " I just thought of what you said to me that day! I was trying not to laugh the whole time, which in turn distracted me from being nervous." (If you want to know what I said, you'll just have to join one of our courses!)

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

We only offer TESOL. So I guess I would choose.... TESOL!

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Our company has a hierarchy system as do most businesses around the world. However, I am particularly fond of how our management listens to everyone's opinion and adapting systems as and when new innovative ideas come up.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Honesty, professionalism and no hidden details. We like to be clear and truthful about all operations of our company as we can see that there are many companies out there who are not.
