I really enjoyed my time at the WIRED Summer Lab! Getting the opportunity to talk with professionals from various fields and see how they apply different technology in their work was incredibly valuable and eye opening. I loved the different visits that were integrated with the program as well, including visits to Google, Oxford, and the British Museum. Additionally, I learned a lot from my cohort, given everyone's different backgrounds. Overall, the program showed me how immersive technology connects to real careers, and how professionals implement it day to day.

What was the most surprising thing you saw or did?

I attended my first AI film festival! It was truly such an eye opening experience and I enjoyed being able to talk with the artists afterwards in regards to their work.
