The Women & Families Resource Centre is a charity which engages with vulnerable or disadvantaged women, children & families, advocating, supporting and empowering them to overcome barriers and vulnerabilities, relating to their mental & physical health & wellbeing.
Our strengths-based approach empowers women & families to build resilience by looking within to discover their own strengths, identify their own needs & utilize the resources available to make their own choices & create their own solutions.
