Amazing time!!

Yep IS is an amazing program!! I interned here for a couple of weeks and I can genuinely say, you will not be disappointed working with Yep IS! From the moment you start with Yep their mission is to go above and beyond to ensure a job and housing for you when you land. On top of that they provide all their participants with a detailed orientation of what to expect during their time in New Zealand. I'm from the United States and this orientation was a lifesaver, there are great tips on how to save money, cultural knowledge, and on the North and South Islands! There are weekly job updates sent to all the participants for all of the major regions in the North and South islands as well as weekly updates featuring a range of information from blog posts of other participants sharing their stories to jobs leaving participants recommend! Even better, when you leave Auckland you can still call or email the team for assistance! If you choose Yep IS you will get the most out of your trip to New Zealand, during my time working there participants who were ending their travels had amazing stories to share!

If you're looking for a once in a lifetime experience where you can meet new people from around the world, work unique and fun jobs, see incredible natural landscapes, and endless adventure then Yep IS is where you need to be!

What would you improve about this program?
Absolutely nothing! They provide the resources for everything you need!

Working holiday program in NZ

Hi, I‘m Mischa and make a working holiday program here in New Zealand. To help me planning my journey in New Zealand and finding some work, it was definitely the right decision to go to the organization Yep! IS in Auckland. In a great orientation I got to know how I can travel through the country, which gorgeous places I must see during my trip and how I manage my everyday life without any income.
For finding a job it is very useful to have an organization like Yep! IS because they show to you all the ways to find some, what you have to consider and how you organize it.
All in all Yep! IS really helps you to get a great start with your working holiday, gives to you very useful advices and tells you everything you have to know about it.
My first job here is working on a Kiwi farm, which is a very flexible job. I got it from Yep! IS and it is the best option to earn as much money as possible in only a couple of weeks. The managers of the farms and the supervisors always are very friendly and helpful.
Thank you Yep! IS for everything, I only can recommend it, so that you will have a great time here as well and be well-prepared for your trip like me ;-)

Yep - they've got your back

I had an amazing time in New Zealand! From the very first moment I felt welcome and very well taken care of. The YEP team was so kind and friendly and they went out of their way to make sure that we simply have an amazing time. It's been really helpful and a huge relief to know that there is always a place you can go to; no matter if we had any questions, wanted to store some luggage or simply wanted to cover some waiting time in the office. Besides it's been really great to meet other backpackers and hang out together. I'd definitely recommend YEP and would choose them again!

Helpful, friendly & fun program!

YEP IS was very helpful throughout my Working Holiday in New Zealand. Especially the first week of orientation days in Auckland really set me up for my gap year and gave me a lot of comfort in this unfamiliar environment. They help you with all the paperwork like IRD number or setting up a bank account. You always have somewhere to go to, someone to call or write an email to, if you have any questions or issues and they will help instantly. YEP IS also helps you with finding a job or gives recommendations on where to travel or what to do in New Zealand. I would definitely recommend the program YEP IS!

What is your favorite travel memory?

I am all about food! So every place I go, I try to test the local culinary so I always remember the place by its food. One particular place I remember is Stuart Island in New Zealand, where I had a blue codfish and it was amazing, and it is very hard to find this kind of fish and the way they cooked it was very special. It made my trip worthwhile!

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have started to understand better that different situations can be seen from different points, depending on the people. Some people deal with some types of problems very easily while others really need more guidance. They really need people to hold their hand and we have to be patient with them because they are in a different state of mind, in a different part of life with a different energy.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The best stories are always the ones where they have lots of fun and they kind of got lost and found themselves again, or they were lucky to find a ride somewhere and save some money, or they got to a place and find a job in 5 minutes. We hear so many amazing stories of people having the time of their life that it is impossible to pick one.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

All of our programs are awesome, but if I had to choose one, would definitely be the Adventure Package. Besides all other things included, with the Adventure Package I can enjoy four amazing activities, have lots of fun and meet new people as they are all group activities.

For me, that is the best way to start the New Zealand Journey.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

The knowledge acquired along the years of experience.

Everybody in the business has traveled and know the sort of adversities people can have and really work to make life easier and sort the problems in the best way possible. I am especially proud of treating everyone with respect and love the job that we do, supporting and having people's back.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

I believe our biggest factor in being successful is consistency.

We do what we do every day with joy in our hearts over and over again. Always trying to provide the best service possible in order to understand and empower people and help them make the most of their time in New Zealand.

We love what we do and nothing can beat that.
