YMCA of the Rockies

YMCA of the Rockies is the largest YMCA Conference Center in the world. We serve over 225,000 guests each year between our two centers; Estes Park Center located in Estes Park, Colorado, and Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby, Colorado. We employ thousands of seasonal workers and over 200 year-round staff throughout our 16 different departments. We provide a variety of gap program options for individuals looking to take time after high school before college, or looking for a break from college to gain work and life experience before jumping into academics or a career. Depending on the program, we aim to develop the person to grow individually, explore their faith and establish their own values and beliefs.
