Programs that are as extensive and as long as our full year, global high school program is, naturally lead to lifelong friends and a feeling of family that you will carry with you forever. This is the one time you will travel to these places and experience these wonders with this group, and that is the bond that only you will have.
The temples of Bangkok are far more inspiring than any photo can do justice. Learning how this came to be, and what had to be overcome to achieve these marvels is part of experiential learning. We don't visit Bangkok. We embrace it and immerse ourselves in it.
All of our curriculum and academics are conducted online electronically to meet the standards that are constantly evolving in the 21st century. You will need these skills to survive university and then especially in the new working world. We strive to make you as university ready as you can be.
Academics are rigorous, and there are days where the walking and exploration is vigorous; but you learn so much about who you are and that is the greatest lesson you will take away from a big year global high school program with us.
Students may show up at the airport to start a full year program on their own, but very quickly lifelong friendships forge, and this is the true magic of what we do and why we do it this way.
From Southeast Asia, through Japan, we go to some of the most inspiring locations on earth. This particular leg of the big year is special because most places we go to, students have never even heard of before.
Our programs have dedicated master class workshops, or students learn to work with the latest modern media technology to meet the standards of the 21st century.
We travel with a team of teachers, so the student to staff ratio never exceeds 9:1. We will conduct classes where history unfolded, and where great literature was either written or inspired by, including here overlooking the Tuscan Hills.
We stay at only centrally located hotels so wherever we go is within a short walking distance. In Rome, we stay at a hotel that is less than 300 m from Vatican city so this is where our morning homeroom classes take place.
Our world class teachers are passionate about what they know, and are excited to pass it on to our students by living and breathing the education right where it originally unfolded in history.
You know what they say, when in Rome? We do Rome, like no other tour company, let alone any other institution of education.
We will hold lecture hall, and breakout small group discussions in the ancient Roman Forum. Nowhere else can you experience thousands of years of ancient history this way.
We have the most highly trained teachers and not just the academic field, but also the world travel environment so you are always safe, considered, and the one on one attention time from our teachers is something you cannot possibly get anywhere else.
