My exchange group and I, the Presidential Palace.

The Andes mountains, or, as said lovingly by the Chileans, "La Cordillera."

Lots of museums with free / cheap entry, especially around Parque Quinta Normal. This is the museum of Natural History.

The Chilean accent is famously difficult, but after a whole hour of being unable to understand a single word, I understood the last 30 minutes. Support the arts!

Chile's geography is stunningly diverse; the view from San Pedro de Atacama.

All of the buildings in Barrio Italia are beautifully painted; this one for a tea shop is my favorite.

September 18th is Chile's Independence Day, and celebrations are all out! This fonda is in Parque Los Condes.
