Yes, they do! :) Your child/children are not covered on the insurance plan that they have for participants, so you will need to ensure that they have insurance while in Spain (it's required for your Visa application) and you will be responsible for all of their visa/national ID card applications and fees. The pay is the same, 700 euro/month (or Madrid 1000 euro/month) regardless of how many people you have in your family.
