Can I volunteer for 7-9 days? And what programs are available?

Traveling to Cuba in March with a friend and we wanted to do volunteer work while out there. We do not have a budget past $500 each (not including our flight and dorm stay already taken care of).
Globe Aware trips to Cuba are 7 days 6 nights, Saturday to Friday!
