Pelion is the Ultimate Reset

Second retreat with Breathe the Blue and wow — Pelion hits different. There’s a peace here that you can’t describe until you’ve felt it. My room was tucked away in nature, quiet and serene. I could hear the ocean from my bed. Every day started with intention and ended with laughter. Stavros is the real deal — insightful, funny, and just gets humans. And YIAYIA?? I need her to adopt me. Her food is comfort, history, and love all in one bite. This retreat brought me back to myself. Already planning year three. Always recommend.

Greek Vibes & Soul Tribe

As a first-timer, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but this retreat in Pelion blew me away. I felt held, guided, and completely free all at once. Stavros has this way of making everyone feel seen and safe while still keeping the energy light and fun. YIAYIA’s meals brought everyone to the table like family — the flavors were insane. My room was simple and beautiful, with lots of light and peaceful views. This was more than just a break — it was a shift. I’ll definitely be returning. And yeah — recommend 100%.

Retreat, Recharge, Repeat

Three years deep with Breathe the Blue and I’ll never stop coming back. Pelion was straight-up magical — a sleepy coastal village full of charm. The retreat was structured but chill, the perfect balance. My room had soft lighting and cozy linens, and I slept better than I have in months. YIAYIA brought her A-game every day — I’m talking fresh herbs, handmade pies, soulful soups. And Stavros? An actual gem. Wise, funny, and always present. Already signed up for next year. Highly, highly recommend

Like a Warm Hug for Your Soul

Pelion with Breathe the Blue was one of the most soul-refreshing experiences I’ve had. This was my second retreat and somehow it was even better than the first. The retreat house was nestled in nature, so peaceful. My room was minimal but cozy — the perfect place to journal and reflect. YIAYIA cooked with so much heart — fresh, traditional Greek dishes that made every meal feel like a celebration. And Stavros is honestly brilliant — calm, kind, and deeply insightful. I left feeling more me than I’ve felt in ages.

Pros
  • Cozy, Comfortable Rooms Minimal but not boring. Peaceful vibes, soft beds, and just the right amount of sunlight for your morning journaling and afternoon naps
  • Wise, funny, chill — Stavros makes self-growth feel like a hangout, not homework.

Healing, Hikes & Homemade Goodness

My third Breathe the Blue retreat and each one feels like it meets me where I’m at. This year in Pelion was special — the nature, the stillness, the slow pace. The room I had overlooked the trees and I woke up to birds every morning. YIAYIA cooked with so much love it honestly made me emotional. Stavros brings humor, wisdom, and realness to every session. The people I met were amazing too. It’s not just a retreat — it’s a reset. I left lighter, clearer, and so grateful. Will definitely return.

BRB Moving to Greece

So this was my first Breathe the Blue retreat and I’m shook. Pelion is ridiculously beautiful. It felt like being inside a travel documentary — minus the camera crew. The air, the water, the stillness? Life-changing. Stavros made every session feel personal and powerful. And YIAYIA’s food??? I think I gained 5 happy pounds. Her Greek dishes were bursting with love. My room was cute, private, and had major chill vibes. Already planning my return. Highly, highly recommend if you're even a tiny bit curious.

What was your funniest moment?
Stavros did an impromptu interpretive dance to explain “letting go of ego.” It started powerful and ended with him moonwalking into a tree. We gave him a standing ovation.

This Retreat Raised My Vibration

It’s my second year with Breathe the Blue and this Pelion retreat delivered. The location is pure magic. Think peaceful beaches, olive trees, slow mornings. I stayed in this bright, airy room that felt like a Pinterest board come to life. Stavros led sessions that really cracked me open — deep but not heavy, super healing. And YIAYIA? A literal legend. Her cooking is nourishing on every level. I felt safe, supported, and so inspired. Already booked next year. Always highly recommend — it’s that good.

Greek Paradise, Soul Recharge

First time in Pelion and it hit me right in the feels. Breathe the Blue just gets better every year — this was my second one. The landscape is everything: crisp sea air, green hills, peaceful vibes 24/7. My room was cozy and minimal, perfect for rest. YIAYIA’s food? Comfort in every bite. She fed us like we were her own grandkids. Stavros knows how to open your mind and make you laugh all in one breath. This retreat was the reset I didn’t know I needed. 10/10, always recommend, and yes — I’m already coming back.

Pros
  • Mountains. Sea. Sunrise meditations with views that look like they’re straight out of a desktop wallpaper. Pelion = Greek paradise.

YIAYIA’s Food is a Love Language

I’ve been coming to Breathe the Blue retreats for 3 years now, and trust me — Pelion, Greece is next level. The mountains meet the sea like a literal dream. The energy here is just unreal. YIAYIA, the sweetest woman alive, cooked food that made me emotional (no joke). Her meals feel like hugs from the inside. And Stavros? He’s like a life coach, philosopher, and comedian rolled into one. I learned so much but also felt so light. The rooms were cute, super clean, and SO comfy. Always highly recommend. Already counting down to next year

What was your funniest moment?
Yiayia tried to teach us how to say “spanakopita” properly, and somehow we ended up turning it into a rap battle. She won. Obviously. YIAYIA got bars.
