Marine Biology at University of Southampton

Southampton offers a challenging course load, but for anyone interested in biology, marine biology, or environmental sciences, it was a great program. There was a lot of hands on fieldwork and opportunities to do more research. Campus involvement wasn't too big, although I knew a few people that took it upon themselves to find clubs to join to meet new people and enhance their experience. Not too many campus-wide events to attend though, which was a somewhat negative aspect of the experience. Nonetheless, Southampton is located in a great place, close to many other cities and attractions like London and Stonehenge. Easy place to travel around Europe from!
