Changed my life!

Bike & Build is a fun and life changing experience! If you are looking to make an impact on communities, meet a wide variety of lifelong friends, and/or do some personal soul searching all while getting in the best shape of your life, you have found the program for you!! There is something about riding a bicycle along with a supportive group of teammates and being intimately close to nature on a daily basis for such a long time that changes your life perspective. 5 years later I still think about B&B regularly, how much I would be missing out on today if I had not done the trip, keep in close touch with lifelong friends, and even married one of my teammates!

I would recommend Bike & Build to ANYONE who is able to ride a bicycle (or learn!)
