The Best Year of my Life

I came to Taricaya as a person ready to drop out of my course at university. I cannot even begin to explain how much it changed me. I met the most amazing people who inspired me, pushed me and made me realize what I can do if I apply myself. I have never met such inspiring people. Everyone from the vets ( who are amazing) to the zoologists/scientists (special mention to Rachel and Nando) to the cooks taught me something about the jungle and the beautiful ecosystem I had the pleasure of living in. Taricaya changed my life and I know it’ll change everyone’s if they let it. Being so close to the beautiful animals of the Amazon was a once in a lifetime experience and one I will never forget. I cannot express my thanks to Taricaya and the amazing experience they gave me.
