I have taken several courses in both Japanese and Vietnamese and in both courses, the teachers have been encouraging and knowledgeable about their respective subjects. I particularly like the amount of speaking practice that students receive, as that is often difficult to achieve when studying at home. It is also incredibly helpful to have access to the class materials prior to the lessons so that you can preview what you will be learning, along with being able to save the materials as notes for later.
