Hoping to come back next year!!

I spent four weeks here at the school and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I arrived with very limited Spanish, and I’ve honestly surprised myself with how much I picked up, I can now hold full conversations in Spanish, which feels like a big accomplishment.

My teacher was fantastic. She quickly figured out how I learn best and tailored the lessons to focus on what I needed the most. The one-on-one setup already makes learning more personal, but having Aura as my teacher really took it to the next level. I’m hoping to come back next year and keep learning with her. Big thank you to my teacher and all the staff at Ixchel for making my stay so enjoyable!
