As a high school student, studying abroad in Beijing with GAC was life-changing. I attended a local international school, lived with a welcoming host family, and took Mandarin lessons daily. Beyond the classroom, I explored historical sites and joined school clubs that helped me grow personally. My host family became like a second family, and my language skills improved far beyond what I expected. It was an unforgettable chapter that made me more independent and culturally aware.
