It Was a Life-Changer

As a high school student, studying abroad in China felt like a huge leap — but it was one of the most exciting and rewarding things I’ve ever done. The program was structured to help us feel safe and supported while still pushing us to be independent. Classes were engaging, and I loved practicing Chinese with my host family after school. Weekends were spent exploring local markets, historical sites, and even learning traditional calligraphy. It wasn’t just about academics — it was about learning life skills, gaining confidence, and experiencing the world from a new perspective. I’ll carry these memories with me forever.
