I wasn’t looking for another “program.” I was honestly a bit tired of the idea of sitting in rooms, listening, and leaving with nothing that actually changes how you live or think.
DreamSpear felt different from the start.
What stood out the most wasn’t just the location (which is unreal once you are there), it was the way everything was designed to make you do, not just learn. You’re constantly put in situations where you have to think, decide, communicate, and actually build something real. Not just for you, but for the people around you.
There was one moment during a session where something just clicked for me, not because of what was said, but because of how it was applied right after. That doesn’t really happen in traditional education when you have to just study memorise and pray for the best (lol).
The people also surprised me. Everyone came from different places and mentalities, but there was a shared energy — ambitious, but grounded. No ego, just people trying to figure things out and push themselves.
If I had to be honest, it’s not for everyone. It’s not passive, and it can feel uncomfortable at times because you’re challenged constantly, specially by our Mentor Jose. But that’s also why it works.
I left with more clarity than I expected. not just ideas, but direction.
If you’re looking for something easy, this isn’t it.
But if you’re looking for something that actually shifts how you see things… I’d do it again 100000xtimes
