Perfection

This program was all i needed on my trip. Robin (The owner) set me off with a great start by sorting every bureaucratic things out for me and giving me knowledge about New Zealand - This was only the beginning, the rest of the time he served as a friend you could go to if you were in trouble, needed advice or just wanted to book a bus through him (He could do it without the booking fee!) I can really think of no downsides, it has been perfect!
