Masters in Business Law - TSUL

Business law program teaches the legal aspects of entrepreneurship and ensuring freedom of entrepreneurial activity in a market economy. The purpose of this course is to develop students' theoretical knowledge and skills in applying the norms of laws in Business Law. This course also covers the goals of shaping students' fundamental knowledge in Business Law, skills in working with legal documents (charters, contracts, protocols, claims and others), defining and using regulatory documents to solve cases in business, finding legally justified answers to logical questions, business consulting for entrepreneurs in Business Law, assistance to students in gaining knowledge through self-training. During the program, students will get acquainted with the practice of Business Law in a number of developed countries (USA, Canada, Germany, Japan).
