Paragon Galapagos Daycare Teacher

We are looking for a patient, attentive daycare worker to care for children aged 2 - 4 years old. The daycare teacher assists children during their day, maintaining their hygiene, monitoring their health, behavioral, and emotional concerns as well as providing them with age-appropriate instruction. Daycare teachers may also be asked to assist with routine cleaning and sterilization of toys and play areas. As a team, we ensure the children are in a safe, engaging, and clean environment.

Successful candidates must work well in a team, be proactive and thrive in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility. We are looking for candidates who are thoroughly carry out their responsibilities, are caring with the little ones and have an eye for detail. Ideally, candidates will have experience in childcare and an understanding of the different challenges and opportunities of early childhood education.
