Alexandria's Schutz American School (SAS), founded in 1924, offers an international education to students from Pre-K to Grade 12. Our curriculum follows the American, college preparatory system. Beginning in Grade 5, French is taught as a foreign language, and Arabic is taught as both a native and foreign language starting in kindergarten. Additionally, SAS is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and the Council of International Schools.
