About Program

Experience everything Mexico has to offer, in our programs located in different parts of the country.
The Volunteer Program in the Jungle is located within the San Juan Bautista Tabi and Anexa Sacnicté Protected Natural Area, belonging to the “Puuc” route and the most important biocultural corridor in Yucatán, and the project promotes the adoption of better agricultural and forestry production practices. Engaging in activities like Wildlife Monitoring and bioconstruction.
The Volunteer Program on the Caribbean Coast is situated on the Yucatecan Caribbean Coast, and is a project that promotes the ecology and regeneration of marine ecosystems through three fundamental programs that support the model for regenerating the Yucatán coastal region.
The Volunteer Program with Maya Communities is located in Cansahcab, near San Mateo, and you will be teaching English to local communities, giving music and talent classes and collaborating in dance classes for the children of the community.

Volunteers in Bioconstruction activity

The Mayan Jungle program promotes the adoption of better agricultural and forestry production practices. Its goal is to improve the health of ecosystems with activities like
Wildlife Monitoring: Understand the dynamics of ecosystems under human intervention (collecting and processing the data observed)
Bioconstruction: gain insight into construction methods respectful of living beings and the environment
Agroecological Vegetable & Fruit Production: discover how they produce biofertilizers

Volunteers in Marine Conservation Center

Take part of a volunteer program developed in coordination with the Secretary of Sustainable Development of the Yucatán government. Promote the ecology and regeneration of marine ecosystems through three fundamental programs:
-Turtle Program: in a marine environmental protection station, working directly with turtles from June to September
-Beach Cleaning
-Marine Life Monitoring: Help with the preservation of mangrove wetlands in the Caribbean Coast through monitoring and cleanup.

Cansahcab community center

Immerse into traditional Mayan culture with a program developed in the Cansahcab community center, where you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities alongside members of the Mayan community in Yucatan.
Teach the kids in the community different subjects, from English to arts and music classes. Enjoy the different cultural traditions and events that take part in the center and even take dance classes. Have fun with all that the center has to offer!
