Volunteering Program

Our volunteering program is aimed at students who study Spanish and are interested in helping the local community, whilst practicing their Spanish in an authentic and real environment. We work with various associations and businesses whose fields include the environment, education, social work and wine production. Participants have a great choice of volunteering experience: working in allotments, local nursery schools and even organic vineyards, or collaborating with associations such as the Red Cross or Proyecto Hombre. Students volunteer for a minimum of 10 hours per week. Entrelenguas may recommend a particular organization depending on the student’s level of Spanish, as in order to fully benefit and contribute to certain programs a certain level of fluency is required. In line with this philosophy, students stay with host families in Ronda on a full-board basis and also receive Spanish lessons at the school.
