Amazing AkwaabaVolunteers in Ghana

Seeing the keenness of the kids to get involved was just fantastic. It's great to see genuine happiness in people with so little who appreciate so much. Most of the locations are close by which you can either walk to or get the local bus.

The accommodation is great and really close to the beach. There are two beach bars within easy walking distance. There is plenty else to do and the steers food is great too. Jollof I could eat every day!

The country is great too. Yes it's poor and often dirty but it's also beautiful and the human spirit of the people just trumps it all. We visited many place but of all of them Jamestown will not be forgotten!
